WHY
ASK DR. ROX
"Starting a mindset and resilience coaching business as a minority and woman owned and operated business is a powerful way to create a positive impact in the community. As a member of a marginalized group, I may have a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges that many people face in their daily lives. This enables me to provide a more empathetic and inclusive approach to coaching, helping to create a safe and supportive environment for your clients to grow and thrive.

In addition to the potential to make a positive impact, owning a coaching business as a minority and women owned and operated business can also provide an opportunity for financial success and independence. By creating a niche in the coaching industry and building a strong client base, it is my goal to generate income, build wealth and create a powerful way for others to break free from traditional workplace inequalities and create a career that aligns with their values and passions."
